Understand personal strengths, style, motivation
Pinpoint what is important to you. Build awareness of personal strengths and style and how those affect your approach to taking action. Notice your internal dialogue and manage what you say to yourself to stay productive.
Make a plan of action
Develop a tangible plan for achieving at least one of your influence goals. Barriers will be identified and explored.
Bring others with you
Learn a model for how work gets done that you will be able to use to diagnose and repair issues in working with others and plan for better work together in the future. You will be able to see strengths, styles and moods in others, and learn to leverage those for action.
have truth-telling conversations
Build abilities for having honest and direct conversations about what is working well and what is not. This will translate to better relationships and more effective work with others.
Build a cohort of peers
Elevate brings together small cohorts of professional women to have a meaningful learning experience. Cohorts run for 6 months, with 2 hours of in-person learning and many hours of practice.

In a cohort, participants will actively practice new skills. Each will learn how others experience them, and how to listen deeply to learn what is important to others.
